Your usage, in Settings → Usage

In Settings → Usage, Your usage limits show your plan (or Trial) and the This month bar with its reset. Extra usage (or Now using credits once the plan is used up) brings what was assigned, your own limit and Request usage credits with an optional note; with requests off it says to ask an admin, with no button.

The chat shows a banner at 75% and 90% of the plan, when you move to credits and at 75% of the extra. You can dismiss it and it comes back at the next threshold.
