GitHub, with a connection that stays current

Connectors → GitHub is a native connector again: each person connects their account with the “Nouter” app, which is offered to every workspace without the company loading its own (the company’s still wins if loaded).

The connection renews on its own every 8 hours, and anyone coming from the previous version reconnects once. If a GitHub organization didn’t accept the new permissions, reading works and writing gives an error until its admin accepts them.
